If what you want is a building designed, the faster route is not writing to us at all — it is starting a design. It takes about a minute and gives us something concrete to talk about.
Sales and quotes
About a design you have made, or a project you are scoping.
Start the design and give us your number — we call you about it. That is the fastest route to a quote, and it is on the front page. Or write to cx@machinaebuild.com.
Support
Something is broken, or your account is not behaving.
Use the Feedback tab inside the configurator — it reaches us attached to the design you were looking at, which is what we need to see. If you cannot get that far, cx@machinaebuild.com and tell us what you typed.
Privacy requests
Access, correction or deletion of your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Write to cx@machinaebuild.com and say it is a privacy request, or ask through the Feedback tab. We act on it within the period the law allows.
Security
Found a vulnerability? Tell us privately first and we will work with you on it.
Report it to cx@machinaebuild.com. Please do not open a public issue before we have had a chance to fix it.
Before you write about a design
Two things answer most questions faster than we can, and both are on the front page: what you actually get, and why the output is not a set of permit drawings. The full position on that is in section 3 of the Terms.
What we do not have
No phone number you can call cold — calls go out from the number you leave at sign-up, not in. No separate sales, support, privacy or security addresses: they would all arrive in the one inbox above, and a page that implies four departments where there is one is a page that has misled you before you have written a word.
