# Contact — Machinae Build We read everything that arrives here. If you want a building designed, the fastest route is not this page — it is [starting a design](/#start). It takes about a minute and gives us something concrete to talk about. ### Sales and quotes About a design you have made, or a project you are scoping. Start the design and give us your number — we call you about it. That is the fastest route to a quote, and it is on the [front page](/#start). ### Support Something is broken, or your account is not behaving. Use the **Feedback** tab inside the configurator — it reaches us attached to the design you were looking at, which is what we need to see. ### Privacy requests Access, correction or deletion of your data, as described in the [Privacy Policy](/privacy). Ask through the Feedback tab and say it is a privacy request. We act on it within the period the law allows. ### Security Found a vulnerability? Tell us privately first and we will work with you on it. Report it through the Feedback tab. Please do not open a public issue before we have had a chance to fix it. ## Before you write about a design Two things answer most questions faster than we can, and both are on the front page: what you actually get, and why the output is not a set of permit drawings.
